Team Biography

2019 marks the 10th YCC appearance for ATLiens since their inception in 2005. After winning a championship in 2013, ATLiens have steadily finished the tournament at least in the quarterfinals. This year’s squad looks to continue the trend, having already finished fourth in the June club tournament, ATL Classic, with only a partial roster. Eleven veterans from the 2018 YCC U-20 team that finished third return, with most of the rest being ATLas players from last year’s U-17 fourth place team. Players from the team will be attending University of Georgia (Davidorf, Downey, Huntington, Miller, Powell, Rathur, Shrader), Georgia Tech (Dacey-Koo), Georgia State (Medley-Fowlkes), Emory (Burnett), Kennesaw State (Maher), University of Southern California (Mobley), University of North Carolina (Dameron), Tulane (Greenhill), University of Miami (Saltzman), Harvard (Fernandez) and Colorado College (Chalmers) in the fall.
