Team Biography

Pop Ultimate was founded in 2008 and is based in Minneapolis, MN. Since its inception, Pop has been the top women’s team in the Twin Cities competing within USAU’s Triple Crown Tour. Pop players come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and most players coach high school or middle school teams, volunteer at youth clinics and are advocates for the Girls Ultimate Movement. This is Pop’s first appearance at the U.S. Open.
